Phone calls and emails are generally handled within one business day.   We make every effort to schedule more urgent appointments in a timely fashion.

For new patients, please allow ample time for us to get back to you, and feel free to call or email again in one business day if you do not hear from us.

We make a sincere attempt to adhere to the schedule as much as possible; unfortunately, emergencies and delays do occur.  We ask for your patience if you have to wait. We know your time is valuable, and we will make every effort to stay on schedule while serving the needs of all of our patients.  If you are late, we will make every effort to accommodate you as well.

You are valuable as a patient and we aim to provide the highest quality services in the office, and in handling appointments and prescriptions.
